Member Recruitment through Digital Marketing

The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association works to protect and grow the manufacturing industry in Ohio. In the past, the OMA’s member recruitment efforts relied on cold calling. When they were ready to try digital marketing, they gave us a call.

To create a cohesive campaign to rally the OMA’s base, we needed a simple yet powerful idea to highlight manufacturing as the leading economic driver in Ohio. We developed the catchphrase “The Powerhouse of Manufacturing” for this purpose.

Our content marketing strategy included using the OMA’s existing content—such as whitepapers and industry reports—to get attention and capture leads. We crafted ads, landing pages, and videos to promote the content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and web retargeting ads. To date, we’ve generated 480 leads.
